What will happen to ANIXIS as a company?

ANIXIS will continue to operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Netwrix. ANIXIS founder and CEO, Tonio Pirotta, will help integrate ANIXIS into Netwrix, and work with the Netwrix executive management team to help lead the ANIXIS business into this exciting new phase of operation.

How will this affect the ANIXIS product portfolio?

ANIXIS will continue to offer its powerful products, and provide timely support and product updates to its customers. Additionally, the broader Netwrix product portfolio may afford ANIXIS customers opportunities for vendor consolidation.

Do you have plans to bundle ANIXIS products with any Netwrix solutions?

Not at this time. ANIXIS' products are specialized for solving specific problems, which enables them to be exceptionally lightweight and scalable. Therefore, while we may bundle solutions in the future, we will also continue to offer the ANIXIS solutions standalone.

How will this affect previous or ongoing sales and support contracts?

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Netwrix, ANIXIS will continue to operate as before. In particular, it will honor all previous commitments, including current support contracts, ongoing projects and outstanding quotes.

Will the remittance details change?

Yes, the remittance details will be different. We will be sending out emails with the new details to everyone who has outstanding quotes or upcoming renewals. If you have questions, please reach out to sales@anixis.com
